Built-in Features and Protections
  • A thermal fuse of nonresettable type located within the primary circuit of the transformer in the adapter
Hipot Test and Insulation Resistance
  • 2000VAC (leakage current 5mA) for 1 minute between AC plug and DC plug and Case;
  • Or 3000KVAC (leakage current 5mA)for 2 seconds.
  • 500VDC 10M Ohms min. between AC plug and DC plug and case
Cord Relief Bending
  • The cord can withstand weight of 200g,swinging from left to right at 120 angle degrees, 40 cycle/min 1000 times min.
Drop Test and Life Test
  • For model 2815AC,2820AC,3515AC,3520AC,3525AC dropped from a height of 120cm onto a dry wood surface,with 1 cm thickness, no abnormal condition happen.
  • For model 4120AC,4125AC,4130AC,dropped from a height of 90cm onto a dry wood surface, with 1 cm thickness, no abnormal condition happen.
  • For model 4825AC,4832AC,4840AC,dropped from a height of 80cm onto a dry wood surface,with 1 cm thickness, no abnormal condition happen.
Life Test
  • In an ambient temperature of 25 degree C +/- 5 Degree C, 95% RH applied to power source of rated input to primary with secondary full load for 8 hours continuously test, It should meet the requirement.
